Originally from Northern Ireland, Lucy graduated from Glasgow University in 2011 and moved to Ross-Shire later that year to work in mixed veterinary practice.
Having worked closely with the local farming community for over 10 years and having a keen interest in farm veterinary work, Lucy identified a need for a dedicated farm practice. This led to her establishing Foundry Vets.
When she isn't working she loves to spend time in her garden and walking Posey her no.1 side-kick!

Keir graduated from Edinburgh University in 2019 and moved to the South West of England primarily working in farm animal practice. In 2025, he moved to the Highlands to join Foundry Vets.
Outside of work, he enjoys running, cycling and spending time with his 2 dogs, Vera and Wilfred and his long-suffering partner, Hannah.

Ailsa started her mixed practice career in Ross-Shire in 2002 before moving to farm only practice in Orkney. She now splits her time between Orkney and us at Foundry Vets.
Ailsa is a keen runner, hill-walker and music enthusiast.

Neil joined us part-time at Foundry Vets in 2024 and enjoys the varied work-load of croft, small-holding and equine work.
Neil enjoys living in the Highlands and all the outdoor pursuits that it has to offer.

Kelly was Foundry Vets first admin assistant when we opened and has thrived in her roles of practice development and new staff mentoring.
Originally from Lichfield, Kelly moved to Ross-shire 13 years ago and has loved putting roots down here with her family (both human and animals!).

Beth started out as one of our crofting clients and we persuaded her to join our admin team in early 2025.
When she isn't at her day job, she is busy with her 2nd job wrangling cows and dogs at home!

Emma has known us for several years as an equine client and recently joined our admin team.
When she's not at work, Emma loves spending time with her family outdoors and exploring new walking and cycling routes.
